Thanks Nonnie. It's a religious pilgrimage route in northern Spain that has been used for centuries, but has become very popular in recent years. Some 700km through very picturesque countryside - a Google search will find plenty of sites. I'm walking it for the fun of it, rather than any religious reasons.

Seems your collecting scallop shells over the years has had a purpose after all!
Hey, where's the like button?
I look forward to any times you post. I'm not familiar with the Camino de Santiago so perhaps I will learn from your journey.

Good luck with your walk, Brett. I hope you have many great experiences along the way. With love from all the Burls.
